Celebrating Catherine Naylen’s Master Change Management Professional (MCMP) Certification

We are very proud to announce that our partner, Catherine Naylen, MBA, MCMP™, CCMP™, Prosci, has been recognized as one of the first-ever Master Change Management Professionals (MCMP) in the world! The MCMP is the ACMP's top certification for change management professionals, and recognizes Catherine's mastery of advanced frameworks, strategic leadership, and best practices in change management.

This certification speaks to Catherine's commitment to continuous learning and excellence in her field - two things we love to see at Solve.

Catherine says:

Over the course of my career I have been fortunate enough to be on a path of continual learning. Formally, informally, on the job training etc- including some hard lessons - both personally and professionally. But learning is what it’s all about- evolving, maintaining excellence.

My grandpa used to say that education wasn’t hard to carry… and it’s not - while it takes work and effort it’s always worth it in the end.

Today, I am super excited as I continue the path of life long learning and I’m even more excited to share that I’m officially one of the first-ever Master Change Management Professionals™ (MCMP™) in the world!

Becoming an MCMP™ represents more than hours of experience and training. It’s a recognition of a deep dedication to the profession of change management.
