ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Change management, from our perspective, is not a "one size fits all" model. At Solve Consulting, we take a holistic approach to change management to help facilitate the effectiveness of the change - everything from stakeholder engagement, change impacts, training and end user communications. 

By placing employees at the center of our change management philosophy, we continually look to ensure that our client’s team members know and understand the changes that are happening and the clear impact that the change will have on ‘their world’ - we do this to help ensure that new behaviours, processes and technologies are embedded (as required) and that the organization is able to sustain the changes on an on-going basis.  As a result, we seek to ensure the alignment of strategy, culture and leadership. We believe that change management strategies and tactics need to be tailored to fit the organization that we are working with.

Solve’s change methodology is scalable and customizable to support our client’s needs.  Our methodology also leans on our extensive experience in delivering extremely large-scale, complex initiatives – we consistently try to incorporate both our successes and learning lessons from each change initiative that we support.  Where possible we will look to leverage existing tools and template from our client’s and augment with our tools and templates that are designed to help organizations accelerate the acceptance of the various change initiatives and will help achieve the transformation objectives through the careful planning, implementing and monitoring of change activities.
