You’d Be Surprised What Our Small But Mighty Team Can Do

Your business transformation doesn't need an army of resources to succeed; it needs resources with the right skill sets, sharing the right information with each other, aligned on the same goal of delivering results (not just launching software).

If you're taking on a key business transformation in this environment, you're probably thinking about how to manage costs and ensure that you can deliver the results your organization needs - no surprises. As a small consulting firm, we can help you do both. Check out these major challenges we've helped businesses overcome with our lean team of experts.

Challenge #1: Too much change, too many initiatives

A Crown Corp needed an Enterprise Prioritization model to identify and drive key strategic initiatives. They wanted to keep their customer at the centre of everything they do - even with multiple initiatives underway.

We applied Change Management practices to foster engagement and alignment among the Senior Leadership team through facilitated sessions and new governance to drive prioritization and alignment of key strategic projects.

The organization achieved a successful rollout and adoption of their new Enterprise Prioritization model as well as a new operating model for their business. Crucially, they also achieved a solid understanding of how these two new models fit together to help them achieve their goals.

Challenge #2: Improve access to a broad & diverse supplier group

The Federal Government needed to create a central online portal for oilsands companies to post opportunities and share information about industry standards with suppliers. They wanted to make it easier for small and medium enterprises to do business with large oilsands organizations.

We delivered Project Management for a multi-year project to design, develop and implement the portal, including complex stakeholder management, technical deliverables, marketing strategy and content development.

The organization achieved successful launch and adoption, with continued technical support for active suppliers and an ongoing engagement and outreach strategy for user growth.

Challenge #3: Economically driven, massive business transformation

A large oilsands company undertook an end-to-end business transformation for a key team. They needed to respond to increasing cost pressures with more effective service delivery.

We delivered Process Improvement and Change Management support for a workflow redesign impacting centralized support functions. We conducted detailed assessments and analyses, identified and engaged key senior leaders, facilitated design of a new operating model, and provided training and a future state organizational design.

The organization achieved a successful rollout and adoption of the new operating model, significant operational savings, and full realization of project benefits through sustained support.

“History doesn’t repeat itself, but it often rhymes” - Mark Twain

We believe in “meeting every client where they’re at” because we recognize there is always specific context and history behind every project and initiative. We’re not about one-size-fits-all solutions.

But that doesn’t mean you need to reinvent the wheel - and it definitely doesn’t mean you need an army.
